Nana Pants
Prework: Sketches. Roughs.

This client requested that I create her logo and some branding materials for her women's athletic leggings company. She and I discussed her color scheme and other particulars with the designs.

Problem/Assignment
Proposed Solution and Planning

I created a couple designs based off of her initial concepts and then made two simplistic experimental variations.

Solution

After some minor edits and adjustments the final designs were approved and distributed to the client.

Challenges Faced
What I Learned

Originally, the customer had an image that they intended to incorporate into the initial design. After a few mockups, the customer decided it was too cluttered to function effectively as a logo design. Upon realizing this, I requested to try some more simplistic designs that still aligned with the original style and color scheme.

Communicating design concerns early in the process can produce improved results and a happier customer.
